How long have you been in business?

Since January 2024!

What inspired you to start your business?

I was working with my father and my brother at our family firm – Jarrell Properties, Inc. – since 2018.  I realized that I wanted to shift my focus solely on commercial and residential property management.  My father and I opened The Stover Jarrell Agency, LLC in January 2024.

What makes your business stand out from the competition?

Limiting our management to the properties we own allows us to commit to exceptional service and care for our clients, tenants, properties, and buildings.  Our guiding principle is “Your focus is your business. Our focus is your building.”.  We respond to any questions, issues, or concerns as soon as possible to keep our tenants’ homes and clients’ businesses up and running with little to no interruptions.

Do you have any words of wisdom for new businesses in downtown Fredericksburg?

Downtown Fredericksburg is a special place.  Fredericksburg Main Street was the most helpful group for me to meet and connect with other business owners in Downtown.  Being a part of Main Street allows you to have a voice in the downtown business community and to meet some great people.
