Fairy Godmother Project is a nonprofit that eases the day‑to‑day burdens of families facing pediatric cancer by focusing support on caregivers. Emphasizing emotional and financial relief, the organization provides practical help—meals, gas and grocery cards, housecleaning, and peer support—so parents have the time and capacity to care for their children. Distinct from many pediatric cancer groups, FGP’s philosophy centers on reducing caregiver stress to strengthen whole families. The organization maintains community programs, volunteer opportunities, and resources, and stages fundraising and awareness events such as a 24‑hour “Day of Giving,” a kickoff party, golf and running fundraisers, memorial celebrations, and blood drives.
